Fairies & Filth - Upcoming Solo Exhibition

As artists, we’re interested in what happens when beautiful escapist fantasies collide with reality.

You go looking for fairies and instead, tucked away in the nooks and niches of nature, you find something different: discarded Coke cans, cigarette butts, chewing gum, condoms, cocaine bags…

Fairies & Filth, our new series of animated bell jars explores the uneasy schism between fantasy and reality. Look closely, and enchantment will give way to an uncomfortable grin, a laugh, disgust, reflection — or genuine sadness. 

🌿✨ The series will premiere within our wider solo exhibition, Fairies & Filth, at Lansdown Gallery, Stroud, during Hidden Notes Festival.
